What is your return policy?
All items are fully guaranteed for 30 days from purchase date. For defective items we will gladly exchange them for the exact same item only. The customer must sent us back the defective item, and we will then send out a replacement item. For non defective exchanges or refunds, we will gladly accept an item for return if sent back.
We will only make refunds via paypal and only for the bid price of merchandise and not shipping and handling and insurance fees. In instances where we sent the customer a wrong item in error, our policy is to have customer send us back wrong item. Once received we will send out correct item and reimburse customer for return postage at the USPS mail rate.
